The 2012 Worldwide Developers Conference is shaping up to be Apple's most news-packed event in some time as the company could announce revamps of four of its Mac lines next week.
Apple has been rumored to reveal a renovated 15-inch MacBook Pro that will include a better processor, a thinner size and a better screen that will include the company's Retina display at its San Francisco event for some time now. The latest report says it won't be the only Mac that Apple will be updating.
Nine to 5 Mac claims the Cupertino company will be announcing changes to not one but four of its Mac lines.
So what other Apple computers are going to get refreshed?
Both of Apple's 11- and 13-inch MacBook Airs may be getting updated to include Retina displays, according to the report.
The company's iMac line is also supposedly getting set for a revamp, although what exactly will be updated in that line is not known -- but of course, the inclusion of the Retina display is always a good guess.
The fourth Apple Mac line that could get updated is also not entirely clear, according to 9 to 5 Mac, which only attributes "sources" as its bank of information. However, the publication speculates that the Mac mini is more likely to get updated rather than the Mac Pro, despite the fact that the Mac Pro has not been updated in a longer time.
But along with the new Mac revamps, Apple could also be revealing various new accessories, according to the report. These new products could be anything from new cases to new mice, trackpad s and keyboards.
But updates for the company's mobile devices have also been getting highly rumored. Earlier today, we wrote about reports claiming Facebook will be integrated into the company's mobile operating system, and later, reports also came out about various new features coming to iOS 6 that Apple is expected to announce, including Siri for the iPad.
If all of these new features, accessories, and updates do happen, Apple might just outdo itself once again.
